Captivity- wild or domesticated animals that live under human care, including wild animals that live in a zoo and also domesticated farm animals, dogs and house cats.

Constellations - eighty-eight groups of stars visible from Earth that were named by the ancient Greeks after animals, objects or mythological people.

Cultivate - to prepare the land for growing crops.

Great Wall of China - a series of fortified walls built from east to west across the historical northern border of China to protect the empire from outside intruders.

Sunken Ruins of Yonaguni Island - a mysterious underwater structure made of stone that was discovered off the coast of Yonaguni Island in 1986. The largest part of the structure is 600 feet (182 m) wide and 90 feet (27 m) high and has a complex series of stepped formations, terraces and ramps. The original purpose of the rock formations is unknown.

UNESCO - the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization promotes peace between nations by funding education, science and cultural programs. Countries work together to make sure important areas of the world are protected.

UNESCO World Heritage Site - a place with special cultural meaning or physical features that is protected by UNESCO, such as a forest, mountain, lake, island, desert, monument or building.
