Attention citizen scientists!
Attention citizen scientists! What do you think your teacher would say if you brought a cell phone or tablet to class? Would they tell you to turn it off and put it away? Well, if your classroom participates in Project Noah, your teacher may just say something quite different.
Schools that participate in Project Noah a.k.a. Networked Organisms And Habitats, use this mobile app to help real-life scientists document local wildlife. Kids take pictures as part of their classroom assignments and upload them to a central site where scientists study the data about different species, their habitats and migration patterns. People from around the world in 55 countries send data to Project Noah. You can too.
